Endings
And now for the Depressing Endings. I have 18 more days left of my Thrilling Thirties. In 18 days, I will have entered the Forsaken Forties. The end of a “gray-free” mane. The end of eating cookies for breakfast. The end of spicy foods without heartburn. The end of young guys checking me out. The end of still being considered ”hip”. My tattoos are now considered ”a disgraceful attempt at trying to remain in my 20′s”. No more Juniors department shopping, I’m directed to the Woman’s Department. It sucks to grow up!
I’m off to Sears. I have an overwhelming urge to buy some pale yellow polyester, elastic band pants, with a matching, patterned pullover blouse and some grayish tan, orthopedic shoes. Oh, and forget the great undies I found at Target- it’s time to move onto the granny panties. =D
