No, not THAT kinda dirty girl- but i got ya, didn’t i?

You gotta admire dogs for their complete, unadulterated joy of riding in a car.
Nope, we went camping last weekend. Again. I am SO not a camping girl. As much as I WANT to be an outdoor enthusiast, it just isn’t me. At least when it comes to spending the night. It is so much more work than staying at home, where there isn’t dirt in every single place you look. We brought Joey Dangerbutt because our friends, Terry & Nanette, were bringing their dog, Mic. They normally don’t bring their dogs, but they just had to put down their lab, Dexter and thought Mic needed to take a vacation. So off to Hendy Woods we all went. Terry & Nanette, Mic and their two daughters, Hanna & Lauren. They have a trailer. With a bathroom and a real bed. And sinks with running water. We have a tent. We have sleeping bags and if it weren’t for the Anderson’s folding mats, I would have died. Seriously.
Keith said that camping was his “for better” and my “for worse”. The one thing I’ll say about camping is that our friends and their daughters made it fun. We had good wine, good food and yummy so’mores. And I got some decent photos that I got to play with.

These pics are great! I am soo with you on this- not a camping gal!! DH wanted me to camp in the back yard with him and the kids, I didn’t see the point when there is a nice and clean comfy bed inside waiting for me!! LOL
Great photos Denise! It looks like you guys had fun getting dirty – hehe. I love the ones you took of yourself – very artsy!
