You know those recipes that claim “30 minutes or less!” and they never are?? I found one today that claimed “27 minutes” and sounded good, and was something my cooking challenged self could handle. So I figured I’d time it. These recipes are always timed in a “test kitchen” where the pantry is always fully stocked, there are multiple assistants and no one has to step around cats and dogs waiting for scraps.
However, this recipe was true to it’s word, despite my culinary handicaps. And Keith liked it. A lot. So it’s a keeper.
