Funny pic! :)

Great job on your new routine. I just did my 8th morning in a row of putting in a 1/2 hour on my exercise bike this morning before work! I've also decided to make it a point to get up and get moving earlier in the morning. It was tough at first and I still have that twinge of wanting to just turn over in the morning and go back to bed, but I have felt SO great after I get done. I know that a 1/2 hr is no big deal in the whole scheme of things, but the combo of doing that in the morning and doing it consistently has been a big accomplishment for me.

I read somewhere that you have to do something for 21 days for it to become a habit... We're both on our way!

You go girl! I ran 4 miles yesterday. Today? I. Can. Not. Walk. Oh, and as a reward for myself, I ate a 2lb. bag of peanut m&ms when I got home. Nice, huh? Somehow I haven't been able to latch onto your mindset. Oh, and I also took the dog for a walk yesterday afternoon, which means I burned a total of 700 bonus calories yesterday. Bring on the cheesecake!!!! How many calories are in 2lbs of peanut m&ms anyway?
