aarrggghh.

I am simply dying to get into my studio and make cards with my new expo purchases.  It is pure torture to have time restrictions on my Lab Access and i’m seriously considering moving my craft room into our spare bedroom temporarily.  Keith shudders at that thought.

Not that i don’t absolutely love having Rhonda living in my granny unit – she is my hiking partner, built in dog sitter, bottle of wine sharer, fellow “gossip” partner and the gal i turn to when i’m out of some crucial ingredient for a recipe.   Her rent also subsidizes my addiction. Well, Keith’s cheese making and beer brewing addictions too (i’m not THAT selfish!).  It’s fun that there are 2 women now, to outnumber Keith’s vote.

And yes, he does get teased about having 2 wives to contend with and one with no benefits to compensate!

But, i digress… excuse my whining.  One of the vendors at the expo was EmbellishOnline.com and they offer the best (other than Stampin’ Up! of course) of the best.  Blue Hill by Crate Paper is one of the many items  i picked up…

Seriously, how CUTE is this new SEI paper?

Chick-a-doo (and a pink version, Chick-a-dee) comes with a ton o’ coordinating stuff… drool.

Check out SEI Dill Blossom as well…  LOVE THIS!

Hope to have something brilliant to show you soon!

seester’s wedding album… finished!

dwalbum-shakespeare.jpg

My sister got married Sept 9, 2006.  I had started this scrapbook soon after they announced their engagement in July 2006.  The night they got engaged, we had spent the evening watching Shakespeare’s ”A Midsummer’s Night Dream” in the park- a local acting troupe put on a free show weekly during the summer.  We picnicked on wine & cheese and watched the play.  I guess Wally was still feeling romantic later that night and popped the question.  I love this story – it was my birthday celebration, so I feel I had some part in this love story.  We have a local columnist who likes to write about the things people do, so I called him up and told him.  He liked it enough to publish it in his column, so the first layout in her album is pictures from that night as well as the column.  If you click it, you may be able to read it.

The rest are self explanatory- I hope she likes it!
